Question Set Management
This feature is only available for team workspaces.
Datasaur helps user to maintain your question set in a team workspace. Editing and reusing question set can be done through your project workspace and project creation wizard. We also preserve a menu for you to manage your question set.
Label Management Page
In Label Management page, user can choose to manage Label Sets or Question Sets. We will focus on explaining question set page here. Read more about label set management.
In Question Sets, user can do several things, such as.
- User can add their question set by selecting one of the question set and click the new button.
- After that, user will be shown several ways to add question sets, such as.
A. Upload question set from their local
B. Create manually the question set by filling in one of the choices.
- User can create manually the question by click “Create your own” button on Standard tab
- Another way, user can create manually the question by using JSON format.
- User can search the question set by typing the keyword that represent their question set.
- User can update or edit their question set by selecting one of the question set and clicking the edit button.
- User can continue to update the question set according to their needs.
- There are two ways for the user to remove the question set from the Label Management, such as.
- The first way, user can select one of the question set and click the icon delete button.
- The second way, user can select multiple question sets via the check box and click on the ‘Delete’ button.
In step 3, user can choose document labeling and do several things for their question sets, such as.
- By choosing to use existing question set, user must select one of the pre-stored question sets in the library.
- Any modifications towards the question set in this page will not change the original question set in the library.
- Only user that have a role as an admin/project owner is allowed to modify question set.
- Question modification depends on “Allow label modification per project”
- Any modifications towards the question set in this page will not change the original question set in the library.
In project page, user that have a role as an admin/project owner can do several things for their question set, such as.
- User can access question set by choosing document labeling extension. Furthermore, to save the current set of questions into the library, the user must click on the 3 dots button.
- After that, user can click on the “Save to library” button.
- By choosing to use existing question set, user must select one of the pre-stored question sets in the library.
