Project Status Workflow
Give you a bigger picture about our project status workflow
Project status is useful for tracking which projects are complete or not. You can easily find the project status in the dashboard. The most interesting part is you can filter projects by status as well.
The project status journey will be different based on the role you are assigned in each of the projects. We determine the project status into five statuses:
Not Started/Created
In Progress
Ready for Review
In Review
Completed
The images below will show you all the possible paths of the project status journey.
If your team role is an admin or reviewer, the project status will show the status based on the reviewer's point of view regardless of your role in each project.
If your team role is a member/labeler, the project status will show the status based on your role in each project.
If your role in the project is a labeler and a reviewer at the same time, it will show the status from the reviewer's point of view instead of the status from the labeler's point of view.
